CommDelta Auditing Services has been performing telecommunication network audits since 1998 with tremendous success. CommDelta clients have realized significant reductions to their bottom line telecommunications expense as a result of a telecommunications audit.

CEO and Founder, G. Alan Woods

Mr. Woods, with over 20 years of telecommunications system engineering, invoice system programming and project management experience, is the owner and Senior Auditor of CommDelta Auditing Services. He specializes in telecomm auditing and telecomm project management.

Prior to his launching CommDelta, Mr. Woods performed in a variety of roles in the telecommunication industry including:

  • Service
  • Invoicing System Programmer
  • IT Manager
  • Quality Assurance Manager
  • Installation Project Manager
  • Regional Supervisor – MAC Contract

    • Mr. Woods is an innovative auditor and project management professional. He has a proven ability to identify and correct recurring monthly expense issues and optimize telecommunication networks in both domestic and international markets.

    Fulfilling the need created by deregulation and increased competition within the telecommunication industry with custom-engineered audits is one of his specialties. His extensive analytical background provides the ability to perform successfully as an auditor and telecommunications consultant.

    Mr. Woods has developed a working relationship with a worldwide network of telecommunication service providers, vendors and carriers.
